• Establishing favorable conditions for building and development of space and navigation technologies and services cluster including innovative projects and infrastructure facilitating their organization and implementation

Creation is supported by Federal Space Agency. Currently, within the scope of Global Navigation System Federal Targeted Program in for 2009-2011, partial reconstruction of buildings and facilities is underway.

Business areas:

• Innovation activity including facilitation of organization and implementation of innovative projects in creation and utilization of satellite navigation-information systems, specialized monitoring and control systems, space technologies usage infrastructure, training and educational systems, and space technologies usage management;
• Investment generation for innovation projects and innovation infrastructure creation;
• Allocation of innovation departments of JSC "Russian Space Systems" and resident businesses.

Will include:

• Innovation center, designed to control organization and implementation of projects in development and utilization of GLONASS system to achieve widespread usage of satellite navigation technologies in different social and economic fields;
• Information center, designed for automated support and data support of organization and implementation of GLONASS system utilization projects;
• Solid state power amplifier production center for GLONASS spacecrafts;
• Satellite navigation specialists training and skill development center utilizing software-hardware suites and distance learning facilities;
• GLONASS system development and utilization knowledge and achievements popularization infrastructure (permanent innovative achievements exposition, conference room).
