International innovation center for space and navigation technologies and systems (IIC SNTS) is a cornerstone of the ОАО "Rossiyskie kosmicheskie sistemy" innovation infrastructure. Primary IIC SNTS activity is facilitation of implementation of innovative projects in creation and utilization of satellite navigation-information systems, specialized monitoring and control systems, space technologies usage infrastructure, training and educational systems, and space technologies usage management.
