3D markers

The project consists of 10 animated 3D-markers. To watch them on your computer now, please, follow these simple steps.

download.jpg1. Dowload and start the program that will enable you to operate 3D-markers. You can download any of the three parts, or all of them at once. Each part works with several markers only.

  • Part 1: «History» (1946), «R1 and R5» (1953), «First satellite» (1957)
  • Part 2: «Luna-3» (1959), «Yriy Gagarin» (1961), «Lunokhod-1» (1970)
  • Part 3: «Salut» (1971), «Buran» (1988), «ISS» (1998), «MIR» (2010)
print.jpg2. Download the .PDF file with 3D marker images and print them out.

show.jpg3. Make sure your web-camera is connected to computer and turned active.

  4. Bring any previously printed 3D-marker close enough to your webcam so that it could be entirely seen on the monitor - than a 3D object will appear.

  5. Do not forget to turn up your audio - each marker has its own story in English. It starts automatically when the 3D model appears on the monitor.
